General Policies

Appointments:

We are available for appointments Monday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Appointment times are reserved for you and if you must cancel or change them please let us know as soon as possible. 24 hour notice allows us to fill your reserved time with a different patient. Patients who repeatedly fail their appointments or give last minute notice will not be given future appointments.

Choices:

All dental care will be discussed with you before we begin. You are entitled to choose what you would like us to do. Sometimes there are choices in materials used and timing regarding insurance. All fees will be discussed prior to work being started.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We can arrange payment through a 3rd party in our office that allows you to make payments for as long as 12 months at no interest. We do accept insurance assignment through most insurance companies.

Patients:

You are free to choose to have your dental care provided by either Dr. Hursh or Dr. Struve. You may change your primary doctor at any time based upon preference, day of the week available, or any other reason. As much as possible we will attempt to schedule your appointments in hygiene when your primary doctor is in the office. It may be that due to your availability, doctor continuing education, vacations, etc. that you occasionally will see the other doctor for your examination. You can still schedule any needed restorative dental care with your primary doctor of choice. Emergencies are always attempted to be seen on the day you call but it is possible you will be seen by your non primary doctor.

Referal:
We believe there are circumstances that require the services of a specialist. We have worked with a select group of specialist for years that can handle the most challenging circumstances.
